Complimentary returns within 30 days. If a piece isn't quite right, we'll make it effortless to send back.
Open Orders in your account and select the pieces you'd like to return or exchange.
Repack in the original box with tags attached, and affix the prepaid label we email you.
Drop at any partner point or book a courier collection at a time that suits you.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
Exchange for another size or colour at no cost. The new piece ships as soon as your return is on its way.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Fragrance and altered tailoring are final sale.
Online orders may also be returned or exchanged at any Donarita atelier, with your confirmation email to hand.
